Chris Ducar is a Director in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital, where he specializes in both debt and equity capital markets and M&A advisory. Mr. Ducar has over 10 years of corporate finance experience as an advisor, private equity and venture capital investor. Prior to joining Imperial, Mr. Ducar was a Vice President and founding team member at The Inception Companies, a private opportunistic investment firm with significant operating and investing experience in the technology, consumer retail, agricultural & industrial, and regulated cannabis industries. Mr. Ducar began his private equity career as an Investment Associate at The Yucaipa Companies, where he was focused on sourcing, executing, and managing a portfolio of consumer and hospitality investments. Chris was previously a Desk Research Associate and Investment Banking Analyst at Imperial Capital, where he focused on leveraged finance and M&A advisory. Chris received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
