Tom Corcoran is the President of Imperial Capital, LLC. Mr. Corcoran, a veteran with 25 years of fixed income experience, joined Imperial Capital in early 2011 with a team of 14 professionals to form Imperial’s High Grade/Hybrid Sales & Trading Group, thereby expanding Imperial Capital’s fixed income platform. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Corcoran spent the bulk of his career at Lehman Brothers Inc., serving there for 22 years. At Lehman Brothers, Mr. Corcoran was a Managing Director running their investment grade business. Most recently, Mr. Corcoran was a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Group at CF Global Trading, LLC. Mr. Corcoran earned a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.

Neal Thomas is a Managing Director and Head of Imperial Capital’s High Yield Institutional Sales Group. Mr. Thomas is responsible for the management and development of Imperial Capital’s High Yield Institutional Sales Group. He has over 25 years of experience in institutional capital markets. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Thomas served as a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance, at Guggenheim Partners. Previously, Mr. Thomas was a Vice President in the High Yield Group, at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. He has also held senior management positions at The Argosy Group and CIBC World Markets.

Ted Anibal is a Managing Director and Manager of Imperial Capital’s High Grade/Hybrid Sales Group. With approximately 25 years of fixed income experience, Mr. Anibal worked as a Managing Director in Credit Sales for Citigroup Global Markets (former Salomon Smith Barney) for over twenty years. Mr. Anibal joined Imperial Capital from CF Global Trading, LLC where he was a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Group. Mr. Anibal earned a Bachelor of Arts from Drexel University.

Jim Carmack is a Managing Director and Head of Imperial Capital’s Equity Sales & Trading Group. Mr. Carmack most recently served as Head of US Equity Sales at Jefferies and as a member of their Executive Committee. Over the span of his twenty seven years there, Mr. Carmack also served in various senior management positions such as Los Angeles Regional Manager, West Coast Regional Manager, and National Sales Manager. Most recently, Mr. Carmack led a team of over 100 sales executives at Jefferies and helped lead their equity division through its organizational restructuring and development. Mr. Carmack earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.

Bryan Therriault is a Managing Director and Head of Imperial Capital’s Equity Trading Group. With approximately 13 years in the securities business, Mr. Therriault was most recently a Trader with Jefferies & Company, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Sector Head of Old Economy and prior to this, Senior Vice President, Sector Head of Small Cap and Distressed Equity Trading. He was also with Lehman Brothers as a Vice President on their Small Cap Trading Desk. Mr. Therriault earned a Bachelor of Science from Elon University.
