Neal Thomas is Managing Director and Head of Imperial Capital’s Institutional Sales Group. Mr. Thomas is responsible for the management and development of Imperial Capital’s Institutional Sales Group. He has over 25 years experience in institutional capital markets. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Thomas served as Managing Director, Leveraged Finance, at Guggenheim Partners. Previously, Mr. Thomas was Vice President, High Yield Group, at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. He has also held senior management positions at The Argosy Group and CIBC World Markets.

Since Imperial Capital’s inception in 1997, Mr. Bolin has served as Managing Director, Head of Imperial Capital’s Trading Group. Mr. Bolin is primarily focused on trading in the high yield & distressed bond marketplace as well as other various sectors of the convertible and preferred market while also managing the firm’s trading execution capability in a large number of smaller, less well known securities. Prior to joining Imperial, Mr. Bolin served for five years as Head Trader for Sutro & Co.’s Institutional Bond Desk and eight years as a Manager and Trader for Kemper Securities Group with a concentration in the high yield and convertible markets. Mr. Bolin earned a B.A. in History from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Keough is Managing Director, Institutional Sales and Trading Group based in Imperial Capital’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Keough joined Imperial Capital’s Institutional Sales and Trading Group in 1999. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. Keough was Assistant Vice President, Bond Trading, with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Keough received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Jason Alpin is Managing Director, Institutional Sales and Trading Group in Imperial Capital’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Alpin has been with Imperial Capital since its inception in 1997, and has over 17 years of experience covering institutional investors, focusing on value-added research and trading execution across the entire capital structure. Mr. Alpin received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, with a minor in Management from the Graduate School of Management.
