Steven Cramer is Managing Director, Investment Banking Group in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital. Mr. Cramer has more than fifteen years of investment banking and senior level operating experience, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of LBI Media, a leading owner and operator of Spanish-language radio and television stations. Previously, Mr. Cramer was a senior banker in the Los Angeles office of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) and its predecessor, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he originated and executed a broad range of leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions in the media, gaming and leisure, hospitality, and consumer sectors. Prior to CSFB/DLJ, Mr. Cramer was an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Cramer began his investment banking career in Smith Barney’s Specialized Restructuring Group, where he executed financial restructuring transactions including both debtor and creditor advisory assignments for both in- and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Cramer received a B.A. with distinction from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Randy Bort is Managing Director, Investment Banking in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the Consumer sector. Prior to joining Imperial Capital in 2009, Mr. Bort was head of the Los Angeles office of The Mercanti Group (“Mercanti”), a mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory firm. Mr. Bort joined Mercanti in 2003 and has more than 20 years of domestic and international investment banking experience and has completed more than $10 billion of M&A, financing and restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Mercanti, Mr. Bort worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (where he co-founded DLJ’s Consumer Products Group), BT Securities and Drexel Burnham Lambert both domestically and in Asia. Mr. Bort received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bort also is a Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Bureau of Southern California, a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse.

Monte Green is Vice President, Investment Banking Group in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Green was an Associate in Lehman Brothers’ Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group, where he focused on transactions in the Technology space. Mr. Green’s prior experience also includes commercial banking at Bank of America. Mr. Green received his B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Accounting, Analytic Finance and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Green is a CFA Charterholder.
