Chris Shepard is Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Capital Markets at Imperial Capital. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Shepard has over 15 years experience in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. He has advised on over $5 billion in transactions in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, telecom, industrial, consumer, media, technology, energy, gaming and transportation. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Shepard was an Associate at the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, a New York-based corporate law firm, where he specialized in public securities and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Shepard received his B.S. with a concentration in Accounting, an M.B.A. and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Scott Farnsworth is a Senior Vice President in Imperial Capital’s Los Angeles office where he works within the investment banking group advising on financings, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Imperial, Mr. Farnsworth was a Director at Giuliani Capital Advisors, where he provided transaction advisory services to clients across a wide spectrum of industries. Mr. Farnsworth has extensive experience in working to develop transaction strategies and refining and augmenting business and strategic plans and in presenting investment opportunities and analysis to a wide range of constituents, including existing and prospective equity and creditor groups, organized labor, management and other parties in interest. Mr. Farnsworth holds a B.S. in Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and recipient of the 2004 Bronze Medal for the Kroll Zolfo Cooper / Randy Waits Award.

Russell Brumpton is Vice President, Investment Banking, based out of the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Brumpton was employed by Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting division, where he performed business and intangible asset valuations for companies in a variety of industries for the purposes of financial reporting, tax and internal restructuring. Prior to Standard & Poors, Mr. Brumpton was in the assurance and business advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was an analyst at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Brumpton received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
