Todd Dittmann is Managing Director, Investment Banking in Imperial Capital’s Houston office, specializing in the energy sector. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. Dittmann was a Managing Director at Petrobridge Investment Management, LLC (Petrobridge), an advisory and investment management company focused on the energy sector. Prior to Petrobridge, Mr. Dittmann was Managing Director at D.B. Zwirn & Co., L.P and a Managing Director in the in the Energy Investment Banking Group with Jefferies & Co. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Dittmann held various positions in commercial and investment banking at Chase Manhattan Bank and its predecessors. Mr. Dittmann received an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Dittmann is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Michael R. Keener is Managing Director, Investment Banking in Imperial Capital’s Houston office, specializing in the energy sector. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. Keener was co-founder of Petrobridge Investment Management, LLC. Petrobridge was an advisory and investment management company focused on the energy sector formed in 2003. Prior to forming Petrobridge, Mr. Keener had a twenty one year tenure with Shell in finance and mergers and acquisitions. While at Shell, Mr. Keener was Director for Shell Capital's U.S. Producer Finance Business and in Mergers & Acquisitions for Shell’s E&P affiliates. He has an M.B.A. from Loyola University in New Orleans and a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.

Rob Lindermanis is Managing Director, Investment Banking specializing in the energy sector based out of Imperial Capital’s Houston office. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. Lindermanis was a Managing Director and co-founder of Petrobridge Investment Management, LLC (Petrobridge), an advisory and investment management company focused on the energy sector. Prior to forming Petrobridge, Mr. Lindermanis was the Managing Director of Mirant Americas Energy Capital, LP/Mirant Canada Energy Capital Ltd., the exploration and production financing group for Mirant Corporation, formerly part of Southern Company, the largest utility in the U.S. Prior to Mirant, Mr. Lindermanis was Vice President and Portfolio Manager of AEM, Inc., an institutional fund manager. Mr. Lindermanis also served as President/Principal of Bay Capital Corporation, Inc. and Vice President of Special Projects for Mission Resource Partners, L.P., a publicly-traded company on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Lindermanis has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

Richard Parrish is a Vice President, Investment Banking in Imperial Capital’s Houston office, specializing in the energy sector. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Parrish was a Vice President at Petrobridge Investment Management, LLC (Petrobridge), an advisory and investment management company focused on the energy sector. Prior to Petrobridge, Mr. Parrish had been actively involved in managing and packaging oil and gas properties for sale in data rooms for Madison Energy Advisors. Previously Mr. Parrish worked for Texaco, Inc. in Louisiana where he held increasing levels of responsibility from reservoir/production engineering to Assistant District Engineer for Texaco’s Harvey District. Mr. Parrish graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering with a Petroleum Option.

Justin Teltschik is Vice President, Investment Banking focused in the energy sector based out of Imperial Capital's Houston office. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Teltschik was a Vice President at Petrobridge Investment Management, LLC (Petrobridge), an advisory and investment management company focused on the energy sector. Prior to Petrobridge, Mr. Teltschik was a Finance Associate in Shell Capital's Producer Finance Group. Mr. Teltschik has also held finance positions with El Paso Energy and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Teltschik received an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geology with honors from Washington and Lee University.
